Do SAYSKY offer free shipping?

We're offering free standard shipping on all orders above $150 and free express shipping for all orders above $200). All shipping rates can be found here.

How quickly do you ship?

Standard delivery times are typically 4-7 working days and express delivery times are 1 - 2 days. Place your order before 12.00 CET and it'll be shipped on the same day. The specific delivery times can be found here.

Can I return or exchange my order?

It is super easy to return your SAYSKY order. Simply click on the link below, which will take you to our online return portal. Here you will need to enter your email and order number to retrieve your order. Follow the instructions and shortly after, you will receive a return label, return slip, and customs documents (non-EU) in your inbox. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

Can I return or exchange my order for free? 

All returns are at your own expense. We have negotiated favourable return prices with our suppliers and can therefore offer the price below. You will automatically be redirected to a payment window during the return process.

Can I make changes to my order?

We don't offer to make changes in your order. However, you can contact us via support@saysky.dk and we will cancel your order so you can start over. Make sure to state your order number.

When do I receive my refund?

We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item. Please allow for a few business days for the refund to be transferred. Refunds can only be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. You’ll be notified by email, when we have processed your refund request.
